🔄 Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
However, since products are shipped directly from our international partners as part of a drop-shipping business model, special return conditions apply (see below).
2. Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded or expire if:
- the goods have already been shipped and are currently in transit,
- the goods were individually sourced or produced specifically for the customer,
- hygienic or used items are affected (e.g. worn sneakers, used clothing, or opened products).
As Dropsneak acts as an intermediary and is not permanently in physical possession of the goods, returns cannot be accepted without prior registration and approval.
3. Returns & Return Shipping Costs
Important Notice
Every return request must be registered in advance by email.
After successful registration, the customer will receive:
- the correct return address,
- and, if applicable, a return label through our German return partner.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is processed through our German return partner, the customer must bear the specified return shipping costs.
- For returns sent directly to an international supplier or fulfillment partner, return shipping costs typically range between €50–€60, depending on the shipping provider and country of origin.
- Unpaid or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Goods
If an item arrives damaged or defective, Dropsneak will primarily offer a free replacement.
For verification, we require:
- clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage,

After successful review, a replacement shipment will be arranged free of charge.
A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
5. Refunds
If a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.
Refunds can only be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected by the responsible return partner or supplier.
6. Return / Withdrawal Procedure
If you would like to withdraw from the contract or register a return, please contact us by email:
Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Full name and address
- Date of the order
- Reason for the return (optional)
You will then receive all necessary information regarding the next steps.
7. Important Notice
Please note that Dropsneak is not permanently in physical possession of the goods.
Returns are processed exclusively through authorized return partners or the respective supplier.
Direct or unannounced returns to Dropsneak are not possible.
